Abstract :

Abstract— Background: This study is to find out the level of expectation/satisfaction of non-psychotic outpatients to the quality of services at Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital Banjarmasin. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of service quality reviewed from the dimension of physical display / evidence on the satisfaction of patients of Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin Mental Hospital in Non Psychotic Outpatients, To know the influence of quality of services reviewed from the dimension of reliability to the satisfaction of patients of Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin Mental hospital in Non Psychotic Outpatients, To know the influence of service quality reviewed from the dimension of responsiveness to the satisfaction of patients of Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin Mental Hospital in Non Psychotic Outpatients, To know the influence of service quality is reviewed from the dimension of certainty / assurance to the satisfaction of mental hospital patients Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin in non-psychotic outpatients, To know the influence of quality of service reviewed from the dimension of empathy to the mental hospital Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin in non-psychotic outpatients. Method : This research is quantitative research with cross sectional study approach. Respondents who studied patients who visited poly outpatient non-psychotic patients at Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital Banjarmasin, then conducted data analysis to find out the satisfaction of outpatients. Results and discussion : Result : Y= 0.301 X1+0.047 X2+0.006 X3+- 0.164 X4+ 0.659 X5 In the equation shown influence of tangibel variables (X), Rehabilitation (X₂), Responsives (X), Asurance (X₄), Emphaty (X₅) on the satisfaction of mental hospital patients Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin in non-psychotic outpatients (Y). Conclusion: Satisfaction is also influenced by variable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect simultaneously on the satisfaction of patients of Sambang Lihum Banjarmasin Mental Hospital in Non Psychotic Outpatients. Variable display / physical evidence and certainty / guarantee, partially affect customer satisfaction of patients Sambang Lihum Mental Hospital Banjarmasin in non-psychotic outpatients.
