Abstract :

Dr. H. Mochammad Ansari Saleh Hospital of Banjarmasin Government organizes health care efforts to the patients of Provincial Health Insurance participants. In 2016, the number of patients who complain about the quality of services as many as 156 people. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of inpatients in Class III Moch. Ansari Saleh Hospital who uses Provincial Health Insurance. This research used cross-sectional approach. There is no significant influence on the reliability of patient satisfaction of inpatient class III patients in Provincial Health Insurance participants at Moch. Ansari Saleh Hospital. There is a significant influence on assurance, physical appearance, empathy, responsiveness, and quality of resistance to the patient satisfaction of inpatient class III patients in Provincial Health Insurance participants at Moch. Ansari Saleh Hospital. Physical appearance and empathy have the strongest influence on the patient satisfaction.
