Abstract :

— There are two fields that are exactly different in the look, the natural language and the computer science. Computational linguistics might be understood as an automatic processing synonym of natural language, since the most significant mission of computational linguistics is just the production of computer programs to analysis texts and words in the natural language (NLP). This paper presents a rapid method of building Arabic morphological Analyzer. The analyzer will just be concerned with producing the probable roots of any given word in Arabic language. The analyzer is depended on 18 rules as finite state. The morphological analyzer is experienced by using database holds (10321) Arabic words. The overall accuracy is made 93.34 %. The main program that is employed to build the morphological analyzer system is programmed utilizing Visual Basic .NET 2008 programming language (VB.NET). VB.NET is fourth-generation event-driven programming language and integrated development (IDE) from Microsoft Company.
